Refunds may be subject to a 15% restocking fee if not returned in un-used condition with all manufacturers packaging included and intact.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs on returns or exchanges, both to and from Unity Ride Shop.
Return Process:
Return the item by shipping carrier of your choice alongside return form.
Obtain tracking number and keep in safe location, we are not liable for lost or damaged items returned. Please ensure that package/product arrives in an ‘as new’ condition, otherwise we reserve the right to charge a 15% re-stocking fee if there is any damage to the product.
If you have used, fitted, tried, ridden, or assembled the bike or part, it may no longer be returned. If the product is damaged during installation, we cannot accept a return.
If a refund is required, we shall only refund the value of the goods, and not the cost of shipping.
